The staff at Moon Palace Cancun were incredibly disciplined and impressed me with their professionalism from top to bottom. the hotel team, from the housekeepers to the gardeners, ensured that every corner was clean and well-maintained. Our room had a lovely ocean view, allowing us to watch the activities from the balcony and be close to the delicious food options available. the service was outstanding, with friendly staff always ready to assist and plenty of activities to keep us entertained throughout the week. Although we had a minor issue with the room location initially, it was quickly resolved, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the highlight for us was enjoying the jacuzzi hot tub in our room, adding an extra touch of relaxation to our vacation. Thank you, Moon Palace Cancun team, for a fantastic stay!
